Home Visits

Home visits should only be requested when absolutely necessary. One home visit takes 5 times as long as a surgery consultation and facilites at the surgery are better for examination and treatment. Please endeavour to ring before 11.00am on the day that you require the call. The doctor will discuss the request with you.

Telephone Advice

Patients who require advice only may leave a message with the receptionist who will either request the advice on your behalf or request the Doctor to call you back at the end of the individual Doctors consultations.

Test Results

If you have undergone tests or X-rays ordered by the practice we will endeavour to contact you by telephone or letter with any abnormal results and treatment as necessary, or you may ring and request to be contacted by a nurse with your results.
