Repeat Prescriptions

Listed below are various methods by which you can request your repeat prescriptions

• By using your tear-off slip from your previous prescription, or if this is unavailable you may write your personal details along with the items you require clearly onto a piece of paper and bring it into the surgery.



• You may post your prescription request to us remembering to enclose a SAE if you require us to post your completed prescription back to you.



• You may email your prescription to us by sending an email to us at: enquiries@gp-w93115.wales.nhs.uk



• You can contact us through this website by filling in the form here. Please fill in all required details relating to your repeat prescription.

We have arrangements with some local chemists for the collection of prescriptions. Chemists participating in this arrangement are:

Pritchards Chemist: Blaina

Boots Chemist: Ebbw Vale and Abertillery

Any requests are ready for collection 48 hours after we receive the request, excluding weekends, bank holidays and Thursday afternoon.
